This is an MBA course about the effective management of organizations. This course is designed to help you develop two aspects of understanding and knowledge about management of organizations. First, from this course, you will develop the framework and mindset that can differentiate good (useful) managerial practices and theories from bad (not useful) ones. Second, you will gain the scientific skills and methods that help you evaluate the effectiveness of various managerial practices and theories.
