Ready to represent the next generation of leaders at an international summit in Berlin?

The Berlin Global Dialogue Young Voices program brings together 25 Master’s and MBA students from global schools, all members of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), to actively participate in the Berlin Global Dialogue (BGD) 2026, at ESMT Berlin.

The Berlin Global Dialogue unites international leaders from business, government, and academia to develop constructive solutions for the most pressing challenges of the global economy in the twenty-first century. First held in 2023, this international summit gathers almost 1000 guests annually from more than 80 countries. Past speakers have included Germany’s former Chancellor Olaf Scholz, France’s President Emmanuel Macron, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and Mercedez-Benz Group’s CEO Ola Källenius, as well as numerous CEOs from top global companies, political leaders and world-leading academics.

In 2026, the main event in Berlin happens at the same time as Global Network Week (October 19 – 23). There is financial support for accommodation and travel to and from Berlin.

Selected participants will:

• Engage directly with global leaders from business, policy, and academia during panels and exclusive private dialogues with them

• Take part in a curated pre-summit program

• Represent the voice of the next generation of leadership

Eligibility:
 ✔ 32 or younger on April 1, 2026
 ✔ Enrolled in a Master’s or MBA program in 2026 (in a school member of the GNAM)
 ✔ Demonstrated interest in the intersection of business, politics, and society
