Former CEO of Enel, Francesco Starace, shares insights with GNAM students

As CEO of Enel, Francesco Starace set into motion a company-wide transformation that unleashed innovation, shifted its business, forged new ways to engage communities, and resulted in a near doubling of the company’s market value. In a conversation moderated by Jon Iwata at the Yale School of Management, Starace shared his experiences with Yale students in the classroom and other Global Network for Advanced Management students who joined online.

Francesco Starace

Francesco Starace was the fourth speaker in the "Stakeholders, Management, and Capitalism: Conversations with leaders on how to manage stakeholders in diverse settings" speaker series. A recording of this conversation and others from the series can be found on the website of the Yale SOM Program on Stakeholder Innovation and Management.
